Can I cancel anytime?

What if a guest asks something HostPilot can't answer?
HostPilot knows its limits. If a question falls outside what it can confidently answer, it flags it for you and sends a friendly holding response to the guest while you take over.
Is my listing data secure?
Yes. Your property details and guest conversations are encrypted and never sold or shared. We use industry-standard security and never train AI on your private data without consent.
Does it work for VRBO or other platforms?
Airbnb is fully supported now. VRBO and Booking.com integrations are in development — early access hosts will get them first. Email us if you need them urgently.
How does the free trial work?
14 days of full Pro access, no credit card required. At the end, you choose to upgrade or downgrade to a free tier. We'll send a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
What does "early access pricing" mean?
Pro is currently $29/month — 40% off our planned $49/month price. Hosts who join during early access lock in this rate permanently, even after we raise prices.
Do you offer refunds?
